Since noodles will not cook in a HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup>, it can leave one wondering how they do it. In the video below, Rick Mammana shows how he makes the lasagna recipe he cooks in his HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup>. I have included the ingredients and instructions below for your convenience.</p>

He shares the dishes he makes and provides meal prep ideas. Rick has an affiliate code <strong>RICKM</strong>. If you only have a HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup>, spread out the raw beef in a 4-cup, heat-safe container and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Cook for 2 hours in your HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup>. After the first hour, you can stir the meat with a fork. When 2 hours have passed, you can drain off the liquid and use the cooked beef for the lasagna.</p>

It&#8217;s a browning and seasoning sauce. Since the HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup> doesn&#8217;t brown the meat, I thought it might make an attractive and tasty burger even without the <a href="https://hlcooking.com/maillard-reaction/">Maillard Reaction (Browning)</a>.</p>

The one on the left was plain ground beef made with garlic salt and onion powder. In the center is the <a href="https://hlcooking.com/worcestershire-sauce-hamburger/">Worcestershire Sauce Hamburger</a>. On the right is the Kitchen Bouquet Hamburger. All of them had 1/4 pound of ground beef and were cooked for 4 hours. Although they were fully cooked an hour or so earlier. All of them tasted delicious.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify" style="margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)">When I made this recipe, I used a full onion and layered the meat, onions and gravy. The onions on top were not completely limp when done. But when I reheated one of the portions with those onions, they became completely limp. I did not see if using a <a href="https://amzn.to/40SZace" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">chef torch</a> on the meat before cooking makes a difference in taste or texture.</p>

The burger looks attractive to the eyes after being cooked in a HOTLOGIC<sup>®</sup> in a sealed container, Normally, hamburgers have the <a href="https://hlcooking.com/maillard-reaction/">Maillard Reaction (Browning)</a> when cooked. In this recipe the burger still browns nicely and looks like we expect a burger to look.</p>

The one on the left was plain ground beef made with garlic salt and onion powder. In the center is the Worcestershire Sauce Hamburger. On the right is the <a href="https://hlcooking.com/kitchen-bouquet-hamburger/">Kitchen Bouquet Hamburger</a>. All of them had 1/4 pound of ground beef and were cooked for 4 hours. Although they were fully cooked an hour or so earlier. All of them tasted delicious.</p>
