You can make some delicious breakfast dishes in the HOTLOGIC®. However, since the dishes typically take 2 hours to properly cook, it may not be convenient to use the HOTLOGIC® unless your day starts late. Since the HOTLOGIC® holds food at a safe temperature for long periods of times, there are some dishes that will cook well during the night and be ready first thing in the morning. An egg casserole is one such dish and by change the vegetables and cheese, can come in a variety of flavors.
Breakfast Foods
Bacon – If raw bacon is placed in a sealed container, it will not cook properly. How to cook instructions coming soon.
Eggs – Cooks well in many forms in the HOTLOGIC®.
Oatmeal – Quick, old fashioned and steel cut oats all cook in the HOTLOGIC®.
Pancakes – They reheat nicely, especially if you put some butter on the bottom of the dish before placing the pancakes. I like putting maple syrup in a 1/4 pint canning jar in the HOTLOGIC® to heat with the pancakes.
Sausage – Sausage patties or links will cook or heat nicely in the HOTLOGIC®.
