Simple and surprisingly delicious cocktail wieners for your next party. I remember decades ago needing an appetizer for a youth group party. One of the organizers said these were good and simple to make in a slow cooker, and he gave me the recipe. He was right. They were a hit. I have adjusted the recipe to be made in a HOTLOGIC®.
I tried this recipe with Vienna sausages and with Hillshire Farm Beef Lit’L Smokies®. I liked the Lit’l Smokies best, but the Vienna sausages are available in different flavors, such as smoked flavored. The different flavors may work well with the recipe.

Sweet & Sour Cocktail Weiners
- 4 cans Vienna Sausages (or 10 oz Little Smokies)
- ⅓ c yellow mustard
- 1 c grape jelly
- In 6-cup heat-safe container mix mustard and grape jelly.
- Drain sausages or Smokies and add to grape jelly mixture. Stir to coat.
- Place covered dish in the HOTLOGIC®. Plug in the HOTLOGIC® and zip shut. Cook for 3 hours.
